In the textbook three parts: general microbiology, special part and sanitary microbiology. The first part describes the bacteriological laboratory and describes microscopic research methods and the basis for nutrient preparation. The second part describes various pathogenic microorganisms and bacteriological research techniques. The third part describes methods of sanitary-bacteriological study of water, human settlements, air and food.
The annex contains the most consumable disinfectants and the production of solvents, the prescriptions for paint and reagents, indicators, nutrients and conservatives.
The training is written in accordance with a programme approved by the Ministry of Health of the USSR and is intended for the medical colleges of the medical colleges.
